Twitter Moves To Monetize Mobile -
Promoted Tweets — read: ads — are coming to the Twitter mobile client streams. I suspect the initial reaction will be: “Great! Another reason to use TweetBot!”
But I actually don’t view this as a negative thing. Twitter is a service that many of us use and love for hours on end every single day. It’s a great service. But like any great service, if it’s to stick around, it needs to make money. I don’t begrudge them trying to do that.
They’ve been experimenting with various ways to do this, and apparently the Promoted Suite of products is working well enough that they’re now expanding it to the mobile experiences. In fact, a Promoted Tweet was the most retweeted Tweet last year.
It’s interesting that Twitter only gets paid when a user takes an action (retweet, reply, etc) on these Tweets. In other words, they’re cost-per-action not cost-per-impression. Again, a good choice because it will naturally lead to higher quality Tweet Ads (or retweet-bait, I suppose).
And hey, at least it’s not the DickBar.

Jalur komunikasi dulu dan sekarang -
Media sosial memang telah mengubah cara orang berkomunikasi. Dulu satu individu bercakap-cakap dengan satu individu. Sekarang individu berkomunikasi dengan khalayak atau sebaliknya.

Congratulations, Twitter translators!
Siapa saja pengelola akun @twitter_id?
Iya bener, Kafenya namanya Google+
Terus lucunya si @natalixia nge post foto
17TU nya JTUG tahun 2009
dengan judul “Mengenang Kenangan Lama”
Jadi senyum sendiri melihatnya.
Such a great old days, yang ga banyak drama
Eh Drama ya gapapa kan kalo makin ada drama film makin seru
dan akhirnya happy ending.
Dan sejenak jadi mikir, Wah jauh jauh ke kafe baru plus plus tapi ternyata
JTUG dan kepolosan timeline dulu tetap membara (aih matek)
Fotonya kayak apa? Ini dia, semoga kalianpun tersenyum kayak saya…:)
I miss you all Tweeeeeeeeps!

Alter Ego
Masuk Gua

Gembok
Kenapa segitunya perlu pelarian?
Ibaratnya kayak lari kenceng-kenceng keujung jurang terus teriak
“Wuaaaaannnnjeeeeeeeng!” abis itu ga berani lompat…eh balik deh..
alias balik ke akun utama.
Bener ngga?
Kemanapun kita pergi pasti ujung mata masih saja melirik ke Twitter.
Pesonanya masih saja ada, Halah banget.

Twitter changed how applications are authorized to access its services back in May and this means that most apps and services will no longer be able to access your direct messages from June 30.
Twitter is doing this because there are thousands of apps within the Twitter ecosystem and the majority have no need to access direct messages. These include a number of services or apps such as Klout, Instagram, Foursquare, LinkedIn, Lockerz, Twitpic, YFrog, Tumblr, Posterous, WordPress, and just about every other app that lets you cross post content to Twitter without actually acting as a Twitter client the way Twitter’s own apps do.
Third party applications such as Tweetbot, Twitterrific, Seesmic, Hootsuite, Osfoora, Destroy Twitter, Twicca, SocialScope and many others are actual clients that let you access Twitter just as you would on its website or the official apps but with additional features, and these apps require access to your direct message so you can read or send them.
From June 30, you will no longer be able to send or receive direct messages using these apps because of the way Twitter changed its access permissions and terms of service unless the developers of these apps have updated their respective apps to comply with its new terms.
If you find yourselves locked out of your direct message from June 30 while using a non-official Twitter app, check if there’s an update and quickly update your app. Otherwise you’ll need to use Twitter’s official applications for your device.
Twitter has official apps for Mac OS X, iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Android, and Windows Phone 7. TweetDeck is also an official Twitter application.
